Most products (if not all) are tested and re-tested to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied, please return it within 30 days of the shipping date and we'll give you either store credit, exchange for the same or another product of equal value or your money back (excluding shipping charges). After 30 days items may not be returned. All returns must be in its original package, unopened if sealed and unused. Items such as computer software, CD's, DVD's, music books, and general accessories that are factory sealed will only receive credit. Items such as mouthpieces, recorders, harmonicas, jawharps, reeds are non-refundable. Please Note: Used or Like New Instruments are non-returnable. To ensure any returns and/or credit please follow these guidelines: 1. All products must have a Return Authorization Number. 2. All products must be in its original packaging or case with all documents, warranty cards and manuals. 3. All products must be in brand-new condition with no show of wear or tear, scratches, dents, dings or scrapes of any kind. Any returns not following these guidelines will either be refused or be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
